1) I use a utility called Digest Viewer for mail lists. The digests exported from my new IMAP account don’t seem to work. The messages don’t get exported, just the header. Can someone explain this to me?

You need to download the message before exporting.

2) How do you burst a digest?

Select "burst digest" in the advanced tab of the MLM. Some digests like Yahoo, don't follow the standard and so Entourage has trouble bursting them. You need these scripts.

• Burst OneList Digest (for Yahoo)
• Burst Malformed Digest (for other peculiar ones)
