  1. Why does the Mail options in the Services menu of OS X launch Mail instead of Entourage? How can I re-configure it so that it uses Entourage?

    3. Services are available in Entourage 2004. However, Entourage 2004 does not _provide_ itself as a Service to other apps at this time. If you select "Mail" from the Finder Services, it will not open Entourage.
