Reset Your Account

If you are having Send & Receive problems, sometimes you need to reset your Account.

Under Tools in the Menu bar, select Accounts:

1. Delete the account in Entourage. Do not just erase the info. Delete the account.
2. Open the Keychain. Find the Account and delete it there. (the Keychain can be found in the Applications/Utilities folder)
3. Create your account in Entourage.
4. Test and Save.
5. Open the Keychain and find your account.

Tip: Take a screenshot of your account to help setting up. Make sure you have your password available.
