Reset Your Account
If you are having Send & Receive problems, sometimes you need to reset your Account.
Under Tools in the Menu bar, select Accounts:
- Delete the account in Entourage. Do not just erase the info. Delete the account.
- Open the Keychain. Find the Account and delete it there. (the Keychain can be found in the Applications/Utilities folder)
- Create your account in Entourage.
- Test and Save.
- Open the Keychain and find your account.
Tip: Take a screenshot of your account to help setting up. Make sure you have your password available.
